Information Memorandum
When seeking a public listing to raise funds for expanding a business, organisations will, typically, need to prepare an Information Memorandum providing an overview of the organisation and it's current and proposed activities, the organisation's financial projections and details of the funding being sought and, in the event of equity funding, what is being offered in exchange for this funding
